- 1 round rustic bread bowl
- 1 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, crab meat, scallops)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the inside to create a bowl.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mixed seafood and softened cream cheese until well blended. Stir in minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Scoop the seafood filling into the hollowed-out bread bowl and top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into wedges. Serve hot with extra toasted bread for dipping.
