  • 1 round rustic bread bowl
  • 1 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, crab meat, scallops)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the inside to create a bowl.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mixed seafood and softened cream cheese until well blended. Stir in minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese.
  3. Scoop the seafood filling into the hollowed-out bread bowl and top with remaining shredded cheese.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into wedges. Serve hot with extra toasted bread for dipping.
