  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Sauté cubed tofu until golden brown (5–7 minutes).

  4. Toss in mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp (3–5 minutes).
  5. Pour in soy sauce and lime juice; stir to coat evenly and cook for another minute.
  6. Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil before serving.
