Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried figs, chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (unfiltered)
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Rinse cranberries under cold water and chop dried figs into small pieces.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, chopped figs, sugar, orange zest, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, and water. Stir well.
