  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  5. Add broccoli florets and sliced red bell pepper; stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch-water mixture, and sesame oil; pour over the stir-fry while stirring continuously until well coated.
