- 1 medium sweet onion, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 slider buns
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

- Add diced chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture; cover skillet briefly until melted.
- Slice slider buns in half. Spoon cheesy chicken onto bottom buns and place tops on.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place sliders on a baking sheet lined with parchment; bake for about 10 minutes until heated through.
