  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (light)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt butter and half of the chocolate chips together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar until glossy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time until well mixed.
  5. Sift together cocoa powder, flour, and salt; gradually fold into wet ingredients.
  6. Mix in remaining chocolate chips and half of the crushed graham crackers.
  7. Spread half of the batter into the pan, layer with marshmallows and remaining graham cracker crumbs, then add the rest of the batter on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
