- 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 large eggs

- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ½ cup ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until golden brown.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, sautéed onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and ketchup. Mix until well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C) is reached.
- Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
