- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the orange juice, grated ginger, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
