  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  2. Sear chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet.
  3. Add minced garlic and thyme to the skillet; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in balsamic vinegar and honey, scraping up any brown bits from the pan. Let it bubble for about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Stir in cranberries and cook for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer for an additional 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
