- 2 Earl Grey tea bags

Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, and sugar over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves and heat just below boiling.
- Remove from heat and steep the Earl Grey tea bags for about 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let bloom for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags from the cream mixture and whisk in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into molds or serving cups, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To serve, dip molds briefly in warm water to release panna cotta onto plates; garnish with fresh berries or citrus zest.
