  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Mix in the vegetable oil and eggs until just combined—don’t overmix.
