  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and stir in granulated and brown sugars until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  3. Whisk in the eggs one at a time until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared dish, sprinkle with half of the graham crackers and marshmallows, then add the remaining batter followed by the rest of the toppings.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set but still soft in the center. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
