  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a large pan over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the rinsed rice and toast for about 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in vegetable broth and fresh lemon juice; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low, cover tightly, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  6. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and stir in fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
