- 3 lbs Beef Chuck Roast
- 4 medium Carrots, chopped
- 2 stalks Celery, chopped
- 2 medium Yellow Onions, diced
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Red Wine
- 2 cups Low-Sodium Beef Broth
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 Bay Leaves
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
