- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard

- 3 black olives (for spiders)
- 2–3 drops green food coloring
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes before cooling in ice water.
- Prepare the Filling: Peel cooled eggs under running water. Cut each egg in half lengthwise and scoop yolks into a bowl. Mash yolks until crumbly.
- Add Flavorings: Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and green food coloring into the mashed yolks until creamy.
- Fill the Egg Whites: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg whites.
- Create Your Spiders: Slice olives in half lengthwise and then quarter for legs; place on top of filled eggs.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle paprika over the eggs before serving on a platter.
