  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and set off heat for 12 minutes.
  2. Transfer boiled eggs to an ice bath until cooled completely.
  3. Gently crack the shells and peel under running water for smooth whites.
  4. Slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a bowl. Mix yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  5. Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
