Description

Garlic Butter Lobster Scallops are a luxurious seafood dish featuring tender scallops and succulent lobster tails, all enveloped in rich garlic butter. Perfect for impressing guests or treating yourself!

Ingredients

  • Fresh scallops
  • Lobster tails
  • Minced garlic
  • Unsalted butter
  • Fresh parsley
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep ingredients by finely chopping parsley and mincing garlic.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until bubbling. Sear scallops in a single layer without overcrowding.
  3. After 2 minutes, flip the scallops to sear the other side until golden brown. Add chopped lobster tails around the scallops.
  4. In a bowl, combine remaining melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Pour this mixture over the seafood.
  5. Simmer gently for 3-4 minutes until scallops are opaque and cooked through.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley and additional lemon juice if desired. Serve elegantly.
