Instructions

- Heat 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until bubbling. Sear scallops in a single layer without overcrowding.
- After 2 minutes, flip the scallops to sear the other side until golden brown. Add chopped lobster tails around the scallops.
- In a bowl, combine remaining melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Pour this mixture over the seafood.
