  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
