- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- Puree fresh strawberries until smooth, then mix in 1/2 cup sugar and dissolved gelatin according to package instructions.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice and remaining sugar. Gently fold in whipped heavy cream until fluffy.
