Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (about 150g)
  • 1 large ripe peach, sliced (about 150g)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (245g)
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (15-30g)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut water (120ml)

Instructions

  1. Wash the raspberries and peaches thoroughly. Slice the peach and remove the pit.
  2. Add raspberries, peach slices, Greek yogurt, and sweetener to a blender.
  3. Pour in almond milk or coconut water until it reaches halfway up the fruit mixture.
  4. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth. Scrape down the sides if needed.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary. Blend briefly again.
  6. Pour into glasses and garnish with extra fruit if desired. Serve immediately.
