- 1 cup broccoli florets

- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Press tofu between paper towels for about 15 minutes to remove moisture; cube.
- In a bowl, whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cubed tofu; fry until golden brown (5-7 minutes), turning gently.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in bell peppers, broccoli florets, and carrots; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the stir-fried ingredients; cook for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
