- For the topping: 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1 cup chopped pecans

- 1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit until frothy (about 5 minutes).
- 2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add melted butter and eggs along with the yeast mixture; stir until combined.
