Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well-blended.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and top each meatball with shredded mozzarella. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
