- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken breasts and cook until browned and no longer pink (6-8 minutes). Add minced garlic during the last minute.

- Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
- Pour chicken broth and Italian seasoning into the skillet, stirring until combined into a sauce.
- Add drained pasta to the skillet and toss gently with the sauce. If thick, add reserved pasta water gradually until desired consistency.
