Instructions
- Boil the eggs in a saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- Transfer cooked eggs to an ice bath until cooled. Crack and peel under running water.
- Slice peeled eggs in half lengthwise, scoop out yolks into a bowl, and mash with mayonnaise, chili paste, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
