- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (divided)
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and mix in granulated and brown sugars until well combined.
- Stir in eggs, one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in crushed graham crackers and half of the mini marshmallows.
- Pour batter into the prepared dish and smooth evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set but fudgy.
- Halfway through baking, sprinkle remaining marshmallows and chocolate chips on top; return to oven for an additional 5 minutes.
