- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
- Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces, dice the onion and bell pepper, and crush the garlic cloves.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add sautéed aromatics to the slow cooker with chicken pieces, tomatoes, pineapple, black beans, bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, and broth. Stir well.
