- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme (chopped)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 egg + 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dice chicken and mushrooms; chop onion and mince garlic.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions in butter or oil until translucent. Add garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in chicken until cooked through, then add mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in thyme and parsley; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares or circles.
- Fill each piece of pastry with the chicken mixture, fold, and seal edges with a fork.
