  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for sautéing)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Push veggies aside and add flank steak; season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned but juicy, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
