- 8 oz chocolate coating (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Gradually mix in graham cracker crumbs until the mixture is thick enough to hold shape.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Scoop out about one tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into bite-sized balls.
- If desired, melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper to set.
- Chill again until the chocolate hardens before serving.
