- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and slice vegetables into thin, even pieces.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in flour to form a roux until golden brown. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
- Add mozzarella and parmesan cheeses; stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the vegetables followed by half of the cheese sauce. Repeat layers.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top along with extra cheese if desired. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
