  • 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • Juice of 1 lime
