  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
