  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Heavy-duty aluminum foil

Instructions

  2. Tear off a large piece of aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.

  5. Top each fillet with lemon slices.
  6. Fold the sides of the foil around the salmon to create a sealed packet.
