- 1 lb large shrimp, deveined
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced thinly
- 2 scallions, sliced thinly
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
