Instructions

- Layer one rectangle on top of the other and roll tightly like a burrito. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least an hour.
- Slice chilled dough into quarter-inch rounds and place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
