Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package (14 oz) pie crusts (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, spices, eggs, and heavy cream until smooth.
  3. Roll out pie dough on a floured surface and cut into small circles.
  4. Place dough circles in muffin tins and fill with about 2 tablespoons of the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
