  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, parsley, salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Fold in shrimp and crab meat gently.
  4. Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
