  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice or quinoa

Instructions

  3. Prepare Vegetables: While the steak cooks, chop cherry tomatoes and cucumber. Soak the sliced red onion in cold water for about 10 minutes.
  4. Cook Grains: If using rice or quinoa, cook according to package instructions while prepping other ingredients.
  5. Assemble Your Bowl: Start with rice or quinoa in the bowl, then layer sliced steak, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and crumbled feta.
  6. Add Dressing & Serve: Drizzle leftover marinade over your assembled bowl and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
