- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup cooking oil (canola or vegetable)
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by setting up three bowls: one with flour mixed with turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper; one with beaten eggs; and one with breadcrumbs.
- Cut the chicken breasts into strips approximately 1 inch wide.
