  • 8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sirloin steak and cook until browned. Stir in onion and bell pepper until softened.
  2. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning; cook until fragrant.
  3. In another pan, combine heavy cream and provolone cheese over low heat, stirring until melted.
  4. Boil water in a separate pot and cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Drain tortellini and combine with steak mixture in the skillet. Pour in creamy sauce and mix gently until evenly coated.
