  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1 lb ribeye steak, seasoned with 2 tbsp blackening spice mix
  • 1 lb large shrimp, deveined
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook fettuccine until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Sear the seasoned steak for about 4-5 minutes per side; remove from skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add shrimp seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until pink (3-4 minutes). Remove shrimp.
  4. Lower heat and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir gently.
  5. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted. Toss in cooked pasta, sliced steak, and shrimp until well combined.
  6. Serve hot with additional Parmesan on top if desired.
