- 1 lb ribeye steak, seasoned with 2 tbsp blackening spice mix
- 1 lb large shrimp, deveined
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook fettuccine until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Sear the seasoned steak for about 4-5 minutes per side; remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add shrimp seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until pink (3-4 minutes). Remove shrimp.
- Lower heat and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir gently.
- Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted. Toss in cooked pasta, sliced steak, and shrimp until well combined.
