- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries (thawed if using frozen)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the berries into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour half of the mixture over the crust, layer with more berries, then pour the remaining cheesecake mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are golden and center is set but slightly jiggly. Let cool before slicing.
