  • 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed (about 600g)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss sweet potato cubes with 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
