- 12 oz ziti pasta
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook ziti in salted water until al dente.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add spinach until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine drained ziti with marinara sauce and half of the mozzarella; mix well.
- In a baking dish, layer half the ziti mixture, all of the ricotta mixture, remaining ziti, and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake another 15 minutes until golden.
