  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup oats
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; mix in sour cream.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  5. Toss chopped apples with sugar and spices; layer half the cheesecake mixture over the crust, add apples, then top with remaining cheesecake mixture.
  6. For the crumble, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, and butter; sprinkle on top.
  7. Bake for about 55 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center. Cool before refrigerating for at least four hours.
