- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 lb pre-made pizza dough
- ½ cup sour cream (for serving)
- ½ cup salsa (for serving)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add taco seasoning and stir until fragrant.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼ inch thick. Cut into squares large enough to wrap around the filling.
- Place a spoonful of beef and shredded cheese in the center of each square, being careful not to overfill.
- Fold the corners over the filling to seal tightly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray the basket with oil. Place taco bombs seam side down in a single layer; air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with sour cream and salsa.
