  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces lump crab meat
  • 15 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups baby spinach, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted (about 2 minutes).
  3. In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, sautéed spinach, ricotta cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. In a baking dish, spread some creamy sauce on the bottom. Layer with lasagna noodles, seafood mixture, mozzarella cheese, and more sauce; repeat until ingredients are used up.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil in the last 10 minutes to allow cheese to become bubbly and golden brown.
