  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth, then gradually add sugar until fluffy.
  4. Mix in sour cream and vanilla extract until well blended.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition until just combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Allow to cool completely at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours. Slice into squares and enjoy!
