- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes (low-sodium)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian herbs
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Add onions and garlic; sauté until translucent.
